ANAM MMA is Nenagh's mixed martial arts gym, offering structured training in Self Defense, BJJ, MMA, Kickboxing, and Wrestling for adults and children.
 

  • No experience required: We teach you from day one

PRINCIPLES OF OUR CLUB

MEET OUR TEAM

  • We have BJJ, Wrestling and Judo classes every week. 
    Learn positional control, sweeps, escapes, chokes, and joint locks

  • Train through drilling and live sparring ("rolling") with partners

  • Develops problem-solving skills, patience, and strategic thinking

Grappling

  • We have K1, Boxing and open mat training sessions.

  • Stand-up striking art combining punches, kicks, knees, and elbows

  • Develops power, speed, footwork, and defensive skills through pad work and bag drills

  • Builds exceptional cardiovascular fitness and explosive strength

  • Learn timing, distance control, and fluid combination striking

Striking

  • Complete fighting system integrating striking, grappling, and ground fighting

  • Combines techniques from BJJ, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Self Defense

  • Learn seamless transitions between stand-up and ground combat

  • Develops well-rounded skill set for competition or self-defense
